BIO
I have worked in indoor climbing since 2007 and have done most jobs in a centre, from coaching and route setting to running sites and setting new ones up.
As Regional Climbing Manager for Everyone Active I led climbing across a multi-site estate, then ran one of the UK's busiest lead climbing centres as Head of Climbing at Westway. I hold an MSc in Sports Management.
Today I help operators, investors and federations in the UK and abroad build climbing businesses that last.
